These are my cancellation and return policies policies.

Cancellation:
If you have a premade quilt in layaway and would like to cancel, all the money you have paid, less the 50% deposit will be returned. No questions asked. If you have paid in full for a custom quilt and cancel before I've finished it, all but your 50% deposit will be returned. If you cancel after I've finished it, no refund will be issued.

Returns:
At this point, I do not offer returns. But I do stand behind my work. I am not a machine, therefore mistakes may happen. I would appreciate your patience, and I will be more than glad to fix any mistakes I've made. If I mess up just horrendously (which I've yet to do - lol), I will gladly refund your money. I will not take returns due to buyer's remorse. I provide a description and photos for a reason. Please read all descriptions and view all photos before deciding to buy. I will also not take returns for "it's not what I thought."
